SAGA-GW straight line rip saw is a middle compact sized rip saw with max 100mm cutting thickness, powerful heavy duty cutting but small cutting line (save 20% cutting wast compare than commercial rip saw)
1.Very light cutting height adjusting feeling thanks to the fine grinding of guiding rail by special grinding machine, certainly it will enhance the accuracy of machine, commercial saw with only milling process will feel very heavy
2.Forged technology which strengthen and increase the density of metal makes the spindle of this saw so heavy results a cutting max height of 100mm. While commercial saw use weld spindle which is weak on heavy cutting work
3.Main spindle is vacuum sealed, with oil spray cooling, free from dust and always keep cooling gives a lifelong use of this classic saw, commercial spindle is open and no cooling, thus dust and heating shorten the life of spindle, 3 years to change spindle is always seen on commercial saw if it running frequently
4.Surface nitriding on both feeding rail and its guiding route, durable and lifelong use.
5.Special servo tech feeding motor is very powerful even running at very low speed, but commercial saw motor only got big power when it run very fast, on low speed, feeding always stuck as the normal converter motor will lose its most power when it run very slow, but every one knows, thick cutting requires slow feeding, that is also a reason that our saw can cut so heavy work.
6. Our saw is automatic feeding speed change according to the cutting thickness you set.
7.Special frequently air cleaning system of feeding rail is a unique tech of us to avoid any dust accumulation which may affect accuracy of feeding
